OPEN HOUSES FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

The Tagliatela College of Engineering holds open houses for prospective students each Friday morning. Join us! Interested students should contact Whitney Kolwicz in Admissions at 203.932.4519.

Here is the agenda:

10 a.m.:Meet in Bayer Hall Admissions Office. See directions to campus below.
10:30 a.m.:Dr. Ali Montazer, the associate dean of the College of Engineering, will present an overview of the College’s academic programs. He will then escort guests to the Tagliatela College of Engineering.
11 a.m.:Student tour guides from the Tagliatela College conduct tours of classrooms and laboratories.
11:30 a.m.:Meet with professors from Computer Science and Civil Engineering.
Noon:Meet with Dr. Barry Farbrother, dean of the Tagliatela College of Engineering.
12:15 p.m.:Lunch in the Marketplace Cafeteria in Bartels Hall, the campus center, courtesy of the Tagliatela College of Engineering.

DIRECTIONS to the University of New Haven

From New York and Points West
Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) Northbound. Take Exit 43, Campbell Avenue. Turn left at bottom of exit ramp. Continue past University of New Haven sign on left at Ruden Street (0.6 miles) to intersection with Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Turn left, travel to top of hill, turn left into the University of New Haven.

Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway (Rt 15) Northbound
Take Exit 57, Route 34 east (Derby Avenue) Travel 3.4 miles to Route 122 (Forest Road). Turn right, travel 1.0 miles to first traffic light, Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Turn right, travel to top of hill, turn left into the University of New Haven.

From Hartford, Boston, Providence, New London, and Points North/East
NOTE: From Southbound I-91, remain on highway and follow to juncture with I-95 Southbound (toward New York City). Follow directions below.

Connecticut Turnpike (I-95) Southbound. Take Exit 43, First Avenue. Turn right at bottom of exit ramp, travel 0.5 miles to second traffic light, Route 122 (Campbell Avenue). Turn right and continue past intersection with Ruden Street (note University of New Haven sign at left) to intersection with Route 1 (Boston Post Road). Travel to top of hill, turn left into the University of New Haven.
