General Information

What is the Summer Orientation Advising and Registration (SOAR) program?
Summer Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) is a two-day program designed to introduce and welcome new students to the University of New Haven. The program introduces students to their new community, develops familiarity with the campus and its services, and provides an overview of academic and campus life. Students also take placement tests, meet with academic advisors and faculty, and register for their fall classes.
