Caps and Gowns

  • All candidates in the Commencement procession must be robed. The academic attire must be ordered through the Provost's office and the information for doing so will be mailed to you. To completed the order form onlin, please click here.
  • Caps and gowns will be available for pickup at the Campus Bookstore beginning Monday, May 12, 2008. To contact the Bookstore, call 203.932.7030. The hours for the Bookstore are as follows:

    		   
    Monday - Thursday
    		   9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
        

    Friday    

    		   9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
        
    Saturday
    		   12 noon - 3 p.m.
        
    Saturday, May 24
    (Commencement Day)
    		   9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

    		   

  • Proper identification will be required to obtain your academic regalia.

  • The cap is worn horizontally with the tassel on the right side.

  • Masters degree recipients will receive hoods during the Commencement ceremony.
