Charger Student-Athletes Show Commitment to Community
(11-13-08) WEST HAVEN, Conn. - The University of New Haven student-athletes have spent the past few days raking leaves at houses located around Charger Gymnasium. This annual project was started three years ago when student's felt it would be a great way to engage the local community in Charger athletics.

UNH Student-Athletes Compile Over 2,000 Community Service Hours in 2007-08
(06-16-08) - During the 2007-08 school year, University of New Haven student-athletes completed 2,071 hours of community service, exceeding the department goal and nearly doubling last year's efforts.

Beaubrun, Moylan Named Athletes of the Year at Athletic Awards Banquet
(04-27-08) - The University of New Haven held its Athletics Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 27 at Charger Gymnasium, where senior James Beaubrun (cross country/track & field) and Selina Moylan (soccer) were chosen as the UNH Male and Female Athletes of the Year, respectively.
