(10-27-09) WEST HAVEN, Conn. - The University of New Haven women's volleyball and women's soccer teams will be holding a pumpkin painting and costume competition at Saturday's final regular season home volleyball match.
Arrive early on Saturday and paint a pumpkin with the women's soccer team from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Fans are also encouraged to dress up in their favorite Halloween costume to take part in the costume competition during the volleyball match with starts at 1 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded for best pumpkin and best costume.
The Chargers take on Stonehill College on Saturday. They will conclude their regular season on Saturday, November 7 when they travel to St. Michael's College.
