2009 Induction Ceremony

The next class, the 26th overall, will be inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame on Friday, January 23, 2009 at Race Brook Country Club. Cocktails start at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:30 p.m. Race Brook Country Club is located at 246 Derby Ave in Orange, CT 06477.

Directions

From North or South:  (Using Merrit Parkway)
Wilbur Cross or Merritt Parkway to Exit 57 EAST (Rte. 34 EAST-New Haven).
On Rte. 34 East go approximately 1.5 miles.
At the mailbox and two stone pillars, take a right into the club entrance.

From South:  (Using I95)
I95 NORTH to Exit 38 (Connector to Wilbur Cross Parkway).
Take Wilbur Cross Parkway NORTH to Exit 57 and proceed as above.

From North:   (Using I95)
I95 SOUTH to Exit 47 (Rte. 34 WEST - Downtown New Haven).
At intersection with Rte. 10, turn RIGHT onto Ella Grasso Blvd.
Take first left onto Derby Ave. (Rte. 34 WEST) and continue until
you pass a Gas Station on the RIGHT (located in Orange).
Stay in left hand lane.

Approximately 400 yards you will turn left, cross over Rte. 34 East
and proceed straight, between stone pillars into club entrance.

From North:   (Using I91)
I91 SOUTH to Exit 1 (Rte. 34 WEST - Downtown New Haven).
Follow signs for Rte. 34 WEST and proceed as above "From NORTH I95".

Optional: I91 SOUTH to Exit 17 (Wilbur Cross Parkway - Rte. 15).
Go SOUTH on Wilbur Cross Parkway to Exit 57 EAST and proceed as above from "NORTH or SOUTH"
